Today we joined together to remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Matt Jones, District Commissioner, said "Today Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers, Networkers and Adults all came together with other uniformed organisations and members of the public to remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our safety and freedom. We will always stop to remember those who have and still do put thier lives on the line for our freedoms at home and abroad."

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.
